wil r. mullins, attorney at law
Wil R. Mullins has been a family law attorney in the High Desert since 2002. He chose to specialize in family law because it is one of the areas that can have a positive effect on the community. After raising his family, he attended the University of LaVerne College of Law, specializing in family law and guardianship. He moved to the High Desert in 1999 and opened his office across from city hall.
In addition to his practice here, Mr. Mullins is an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands Business School and will teach Business Ethics and the Law. He is the secretary of the High Desert Bar Association, a position he has help for five years. He has also been a pro tem judge at the family law court in the High Desert, and has coached the High Desert Mock Trial Competition - a contest for high school in San Bernardino County - for the past five years.
Debra gervais, paralegal
Debra Gervais is a highly trained and experienced paralegal. A raduate paralegal from Merit College in Van Nuys, CA; she has worked as a paralegal for 16 years. Mrs. Gervais' specialty is family law. Her diverse experience includes many facets of the law. Besides management of the office staff, Ms. Gervais performs duties in Probate, Civil, State Child Support Enforcement and all other aspects of law relating to issues of family. Mrs. Gervais has been the managing paralegal for the Law Office of Wil R. Mullins for many years. Additionally Ms. Gervais is trained as a notary with a Commission as a Notary Public by the Secretary State for the State of California.

A professional paralegal in the area of Family Law. She has worked exclusively for Wil R. Mullins, Attorney at Law. Ms. Wysong has acquired experience in the areas regarding Family, Divorce, paternity, and Guardianships daily. She is a lifetime resident of the High Desert. She currently attends college and will be graduating in the coming year. Ms. Wysong is an Active Notary Public commissioned by the Secretary of State for the State of California.
beverly jane thomas, Paralegal, pls / cla
Ms. Thomas began workin in a law office when in her teens, as her father was a general practive attorney. She holds both a Professional Legal Secretary (PLS) and a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA). She worked first as a PLS, and then as a paralegal for approximately 50 years. Ms. Thomas is experienced in many types of law, having worked in Probate, Family Law, Criminal, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Unlawful Detainer, and Contract Law. She has great expertise.
Presently Ms. Thomas duties include: Probate / Family Law Paralegal. Ms. Thomas as a Probate/Famil Law paralegal meets with clients, prepares petitions, Order to Show Cause Motions, Points and Authorities, Judgements, and other Legal Documents for Filing with the Court.

Ms. Warren is a professional Legal Assistant. She specifically assists Mr. Mullins and the paralegals of this firm. Ms. Warren's responsibilities include filing documents with the court, file inter-office loose papers, prepare and draft documents, add and organize client files, assist with customer service, faxes, and email. Ms. Warren's practice of being efficinet and quality minded enhances the firm with excellent customer service.
kaily kirby, legal Assistant
Ms. Kaily is a professional legal assistant. She assists the paralegals of this firm which includes filing documetns with the court, handling closing procedures of client files and helping to maintain a high repoire amongst our clientele. She is an active Notary Public Commissioned by the Secretary of State of California. Ms. Kaily is attending college and is in the Honor Society Student Advocate for American Student Body.
